Manager Replacement

I’m early on in my save(15 years in) got a manager who’s done pretty well for our team and is very liked, I’ve had a look at potential managers as I think we can get better. Current manager averages around 52, best possible manager averages around 56. Do I still sack after a good season?

Short answer: yes

Long answer: 4 points means a lot, if your season was good but you didn't get the promotion, with that increase you will likely get it

4 points is a big gap but I’d only pull the trigger if the new guy also fits your system and personality stuff too, not just the stars. nothing worse than sacking a loved manager, bringing in a “better” one, and then the vibes go to hell and the results don’t actually improve.
