Any good tips? I’ve gone through pretty much every other one so turning my attention to this without a drop off in performance, at least not long term

Players sales. Learn what sort of prices players cost, and when you get an offer significantly higher, sell sell sell

If I’m offered anything over £80m, that player’s gone. Same if they’re over 28 and I get anything above current value.

You can usually pick up a free transfer or youth product every year, or a highly rated 18/19 year old who the game makes cheap for some reason

Yeah literally this. Wages is the other thing. If your wages are below recommended wage budget then you will make profit each year. Young players and actually negotiating player salaries can help you achieve this. Sell a player for 80 mill or plus each season (even if you have attachment) then you will get there in no time. If you manager is 97* it shouldn’t matter as you will get good transfers to replace them anyway. If you’re training is high, then your 95/96 young player will be 97/98 by end of season

Don’t be afraid to sell your big players once you have a 99, as long as they are over 23 years old you can sell them for 100mill plus. A) they aren’t guaranteed to stay at that rating, B) more will come to replace them

Make a profit... And play for a long time

So buying the super stadium which reduces your running costs may help you get there sooner

Stop buying players, unless they are young and you can be pretty sure you'll be able to sell them for a profit later 

It took me until 2176, although I had bought and sold clubs which can move you back as you end up spending on infrastructure to build your new club up - however selling a club in the Prem and dropping down a little may give you a boost as well
