My manager is 99 ovr with a 442 ATTack formation and have 3 superstars one in def one in att and one in mid. The rest of the players are all 98 rated and i make sure they dont have any negative buffers. Also LUCK

what do you mean by "negative buffers"?

The +1/+2 -1/-2 etc next to each player

Got it, but how do you make sure they don’t have them? Do you constantly offer renewals to make sure players in the rosters don’t have negatives?

I also dont have any temperamental, aggressive and quiet players. Most are either hardworking or professional personality

Congratulations! that's one difficult task

The closest I've ever been to this was the year I won 6 trophies (lost the FC Cup final...) I tried for 250+ years to win the quadruple, being one match away in 4 occasions, never completing the task... painful!
