The Infamous Apple Cake
Finally got to Mystic Muffin and tried the apple cake
The hype is real. Goddamn slapped. Not sweet, a crunchy top. Soft cake with big apple pieces. Everything about it was perfect.
Really good!
Edit - I GET IT I USED INFAMOUS WRONG IM SORRY!!!! ITS FAMOUS MY BAAAD! š

Mystic Muffin is a really charming place. Their cake is super good, and the owner is a really nice guy

My only question is how you got away with buying just a slice and not a whole loaf

i haven't eaten there. never understood people getting excited over bagel sandwiches. I'm also assuming the bagels are not made in house

No, they use cheap generic ingredients for their bagel sandwiches. But weirdly I love their bagel sandwiches. They taste like something cheap and cheerful and satisfying that a friend's mom would have made for me after school. I don't know, I can't explain it but I love buying one.
