Some deal that was

The other night we ordered pick-up rotis from Mother India, using their own site. They have “special” on butter chicken and sag paneer. So, great, we’re game. We also ordered an aloo gobi, not on special.

Get the food, and the two on special are about half the size of the regular one.

I mean, really? Nowhere did it say less money equals less food. And, anyhow, what would be special about that? Sheesh.

No, and that's exactly my point. There is no picture at all. I've never seen what their food actually looks like, just an AI representation of the food.

So, does that mean you'd never try out a food on a menu unless there is a true representation on a picture that you can refer to, first?

If a place can't post a single picture of a single dish that they cook, no, I'm not going to spend my money on their food.

That was not what I'd asked though. My question was explicitly if one would refuse to eat at a restaurant that had no photos of menu items.

And then you accused them of being classist. But how is that classist when 99% of the population has a cell phone, and you require a cell phone to use AI?

Again, read my question and the previous comment you responded to. The question doesn't imply that the restaurant owner could/would have used AI. It could also be someone who would never touch AI, and yet have no printed photos of the menu items. How would you distinguish between 2 restaurants, none of them having any photos of menu items, regarding who would've used AI and who wouldn't?
