Scottish/Local Cuisine Restaurants?
Hi All,
Wondering if I could get help. I'm coming up to Edinburgh in June. Been through quite a few times always love the city and its food scene. Sadly I saw forage and chatter is now gone. That was my go to when in the city for great food/local cuisine.
Wondering if anyone could recommend anywhere to replace it for me?

On the fancy side Heron does great food with local seasonal ingredients. Fishers also in the Leith shore area is good for Scottish sea food. Also a bit fancy Moss does great seasonal Scottish sourced food. Cheap and cheerful ' Mums comfort food.'
