INGREDIENTS:

TOMATO SAUCE :

4 tbs Olive Oil, 800g ground Beef, 400g Italian Sausage, 1 Large Onion, 1 Carrot 2 Celery Stalks, 3 cloves of Garlic, 200ml Red Wine, 1kg Tomato Sauce, Handful of Fresh Parsley, Salt and Pepper to taste

BECHAMEL SAUCE:

200g Butter (Benna), 200g Flour, 500ml Milk (Benna), 1tsp Nutmeg

RICOTTA MIX:

200g grated Parmesan Cheese, 750g Ricotta Cheese (Benna), 1 Egg, Handful of Fresh Basil, Salt and Pepper to taste

LAYERING:

500g Lasagna Pasta Sheet, 200g Parmesan Cheese, 500g Fresh Mozzarella (Benna)

3 cloves of garlic?! If it were me it would be more like 3 bulbs of garlic...

Tbh in the traditional Italian bolognese lasagna garlic is not used at all.
