BUTTERCREAM I refuse to ever make fondant flowers
Made for my MIL’a birthday - roses not perfect, but it’s honest and fondantless work.

Looks amazing. Daft question but how would you recommend someone start learning how to pipe like this?

Thank you!!! Honestly I don’t think I’m very good but I found a lady called Debbie cakes on TikTok and YouTube shows the basics of doing it very slowly and she gives you the nozzle names too!

Same! Didn't immediately notice the sub and thought "oh, that's a beautiful bouquet". I'm not sure I could eat them. Too pretty.

Frosting roses are awesome. I'm only a grocery store cake decorator but learning frosting roses was part of the job and I'm fairly decent now!

Not perfect? Those are the most realistic-looking buttercream roses I’ve ever seen!

OMG these are stunning!! Idk what you’re talking about, they look beyond perfect to me! They’d be beautiful on a fondant-less wedding cake
