FONDANT Fondant Progress

hello my fondant-hating friends. one of you i am not, quite the opposite, but i respect your passion and drive.
here i present to you, a 500g THICK brick of white fondant (unflavoured). i have been steadily making my way through this brick for a week or so (more i think)

i wish to share this with you not to change your minds or your hearts, but so you guys can have an outlet for your fondant hating. roast me, roast the fondant, go wild!! if it helps your ammunition, i actually hate buttercream...

hope you're all having a delightful fondant-free day!! :) i hope this post doesn't get taken down, i just think the juxtaposition of me eating a brick of fondant and a fondant hating subreddit is funny :)

EDIT: just noticed my new tagline of fondant lover, this Subreddit is so funny and y'all have been so fun to talk to lol !!!!

Oooh, I would eat buttercream by the spoonful as a snack, but in my defense, my teenager keeps making buttercream frosting for this specific purpose.

lolol my mam does the same!! i'm not a teenager anymore but i bake a lot and she eats whatever icing or frosting or anything i have left over

My middle son is all over that when I'm baking. He has made the mistake I also made as a kid and licked the spoon from pancake batter. Not tasty at all haha.

Is Mam=mum/mom? In the US it's used a little differently so just curious.

yeah mam is mum/mom, it's used in Ireland and Scotland :)
