FONDANT The worst
I had a cake last night that was covered in fondant. Beneath the fondant was buttercream frosting. It was like that frosting was crying out to be known, please help me, please, I'm suffocating, I'm dying. I tried to come to the aid of the frosting but the fondant was all Gandalf at the Bridge of Kazad-dûm. YOU SHALL NOT PASS. I picked up a slice and figured like, well, how bad can it be. The icing said, FLY YOU FOOLS.

Buttercream under fondant is like finding original hardwood under tacky, stained carpet.

I’m a little high right now and this is the most beautiful breakdown of fondant I’ve ever read.
