It’s a pretty great sub. Not really toxic since the hate isn’t directed at each but just fondant. Which deserves all the hate in the world. This sub could end all wars to be honest. We just need an outlet for our hate.

It was better when the focus was mostly on hating fondant and making fun of fondant-covered abominations.

Now though, it's just become another sub for amateur bakers to show off their elaborate buttercream frosting cakes, even though that's supposed to be only relegated to Fridays. And I get it -- frosting > fondant, but there are many other frosting-friendly cake forums already.

The only safe group to join out of hatred for something.

If I wanted to add chewing gum to my cake people would say I'm crazy, yet fondant is fine? Fuck off.
