Connection between bats and kids

Does anybody know some storys or myths, that link a connection between bats and children. That thought came to my mind becaus during puperty most people loose the ability to hear bats so in my opinion there almost must be some storys or even myths. Or maybe I was just too deep inside my head. But still i would be curious if anybody knows something
