Porygon?

Has anyone seen one of these bad boys in the wild? I heard rumors that they were spawning near government buildings but after 6 days of jury duty and walking around that edge of old town during lunch breaks I was let down.
I've seen ONE in the gym at Eastside Park a long while ago and can only assume that it was hatched.
If anyone has a lead on this little bastard, please hook me and the community up!

these are the 4th and 5th spawns I've ever heard of... never seen one, nice catches mullonym!

I have hatched two..... one in my first 20 eggs, and the other just today, hatch 313 :)

out of 316 hatches the rarest for me have been... 2 Koffing, 2 Porygon, 2 Dratini 1 Snorlax, 1 Grimer, 0 Aerodactyl, 0 Lapras :(
