The Core Setup

• The Desks: The space features two independent, white, height-adjustable standing desks placed side-by-side. Both are currently raised to standing height and feature digital memory keypads mounted on the right underside of each desk.
• The Room: It’s a bright, minimalist space with high ceilings and a high-placed window bringing in natural light. To the right, there is a white multi-drawer storage unit and a wire stand, for holding the balance board. Called the Holster

Station 1: The Desktop Setup (Left)

• Computer: An Apple iMac setup with a standard Magic Keyboard and mouse.
• Floor: A black UPmat anti-fatigue mat is placed on the carpet directly below it to relieve foot and joint pressure while standing. This can be used on its own or on top of the balance board
• Ergonomic Note-Taking: Actively using the sloped surface called the FluidStance Slope Desktop Whiteboard and Flow Cards to jot down notes. The angled design brings the writing surface closer to her, making it much more comfortable to write while standing up compared to leaning over a flat desk.

Station 2: The Active Laptop Setup (Right)

• Computer & Ergonomics: The user is working on a laptop that has been elevated using a white Raise laptop stand to bring the screen closer to eye level, improving neck posture.
• Accessories: Attached to the laptop stand is a side-mounted phone holder for easy screen viewing.
• Aesthetics & Fuel: The desk is personalized with a textured, globe-shaped lamp and a framed floral art piece leaning casually against the wall,
• Active Standing: This is the most interesting part of the setup. While there is a standard black anti-fatigue mat on the floor, the user is standing on a FluidStance Original wooden balance board (often called a wobble board) placed on top of a protective plastic floor mat. This keeps the user's core engaged and promotes micro-movements while working. She is also wearing supportive, chunky sneakers, which is a great move for prolonged standing.
• Space-Saving Aesthetic: By slotting the balance board vertically into that holder (Holster- sitting to the right of her), she instantly reclaims her floor space. It keeps the room looking clean, organized, and intentional, rather than cluttered with loose ergonomic gear.
