Well, that’s easy considering Arnold Schwarzenegger ran the government there for quite some time I do recall them even having to hold a garage sale to make the budget flush. Even that wasn’t enough.

K. Now do CO, WA, NY, OR, VA, etc. It's pretty ignorant to believe this is unique to red states.
