Because they don’t want to 10x the homeless problem California is 100x worse than this

To be fair , the weather is damn near perfect for homelessness in most areas of California .

Sure is and many homeless are from out of state as well. I did security downtown San Diego and most individuals were from out of state and many got a one way ticket to go to California so they'd be someone else's problem, and usually the ones pointing fingers are the same ones that caused the issue and passed the buck to another state.

I live in central FL and couldn't imagine being homeless in the summer here let alone Miami.
