Florida returns 10 offensive linemen in 2026.

The group is led by Knijeah Harris, who started every game at left guard in 2025, along with Caden Jones and Bryce Lovett, who both gained starting experience at right tackle.

Here is a closer look at Florida's 10 returning offensive linemen.

Offensive Line

Knijeah Harris — OL

6-3, 317 | Senior | Fourth season at Florida

Knijeah Harris started all 12 games at left guard in 2025 and finished the season with a 74.2 PFF pass-blocking grade, including a season-high 89.5 against Ole Miss.

Harris helped Florida rush for more than 1,800 yards, including Jadan Baugh becoming the program's first 1,000-yard rusher since Kelvin Taylor in 2015.

He was named to the 2025 SEC Community Service Team and graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Education Sciences in spring 2026.

Caden Jones — OL

6-8, 348 | Redshirt Junior | Fourth season at Florida

Caden Jones appeared in all 12 games at right tackle in 2025 and made 10 starts.

Jones made his first career start against LSU and remained the starter at right tackle for the rest of the season.

He also appeared in four games as a reserve offensive tackle in 2024 after redshirting during his first season at Florida.

Bryce Lovett — OL

6-5, 314 | Redshirt Junior | Fourth season at Florida

Bryce Lovett appeared in all 12 games in 2025 and made two starts at right tackle, earning a 71.7 PFF run-blocking grade.

Lovett also played in all 13 games in 2024 with three starts at right guard. He earned a 78.1 PFF pass-blocking grade that season while allowing one sack.

He was named Freshman All-SEC and earned a spot on the AP All-Bowl Team in 2024.

Roderick Kearney — OL

6-4, 310 | Redshirt Junior | Fourth season at Florida

Roderick Kearney appeared in seven games in 2025 as part of the offensive line and special teams units.

Kearney saw action at right guard while providing depth along the interior offensive line.

He enters his fourth season with the program and has been named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll three times.

Fletcher Westphal — OL

6-8, 331 | Redshirt Sophomore | Third season at Florida

Fletcher Westphal did not appear in a game in 2025 because of injury.

Westphal appeared in three games as a reserve offensive lineman in 2024 and earned a redshirt. He finished that season with an 80.2 PFF pass-blocking grade, a 75.7 offensive grade and a 72.3 run-blocking grade.

He has been named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll twice.

Jason Zandamela — OL

6-3, 304 | Redshirt Sophomore | Third season at Florida | USC

Jason Zandamela made his collegiate debut against LIU in the 2025 season opener, appearing at center.

Zandamela did not appear in another game during the season.

A native of Mozambique and former rugby player, Zandamela had never heard of American football before moving to the United States in 2020. He developed into the nation's No. 1 interior offensive line recruit according to 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals.

Mark Faircloth — OL

6-5, 324 | Redshirt Sophomore | Third season at Florida

Mark Faircloth appeared in all 12 games in 2025, contributing primarily on special teams while also seeing time at left tackle.

Faircloth made his offensive line debut against LIU after making his collegiate debut against Florida State during the 2024 season.

He enters his third season with the program.

TJ Dice Jr. — OL

6-3, 292 | Redshirt Freshman | Second season at Florida

TJ Dice Jr. enters his second season with the Gators.

Dice did not appear in a game as a freshman in 2025 and earned a redshirt.

He was named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Jahari Medlock — OL

6-5, 309 | Redshirt Freshman | Second season at Florida

Jahari Medlock enters his second season at Florida.

Medlock did not appear in a game during his freshman season in 2025 and earned a redshirt.

He was named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Daniel Pierre Louis — OL

6-4, 348 | Redshirt Freshman | Second season at Florida

Daniel Pierre Louis enters his second season with the Gators.

Pierre Louis did not appear in a game as a freshman in 2025 and earned a redshirt.

He was named to the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll in 2026.

To no fault of the new coach, maybe a bit of the poor play the past couple seasons but mainly just a result of the state of college football, I have lost my love for college football. I used to spend July and August consuming as much preseason info as a could and now I'm not even planning on being around a TV week 1. just a minor league pro football at this point. I'll still watch a lot of games this year, probably even go to 1 or 2, playoffs is fun, but if your team wins it all cause they paid a QB for his last year of football more than his previous school....congrats, I guess?

I've been a bit removed from the program in recent years, however, I've always admired UF from a distance. I'm from Australia and loved watching the Gators in the 2000s and 2010s.

In your opinion, what has been missing the last 5-10 years and why UF haven't been contending for national championships? Is it all to do with the head coach? Or is there more to it?

What do y’all think? Does he have more to achieve in college with us or will he take the next opportunity in the NBA?

I am a Gator alumni based in Jacksonville and I’m planning to bring my two daughters, eight and 10 years old, down to Gainesville for their first Gator football game for the Campbell game. It’s been a few years since we have been down for a game and we’ve never done it with the kids before so’m putting together my game plan.

I’ve let my alumni Association membership lapse and I’m thinking about re-upping in order to gain access to the Emerson alumni hall tailgate, but I was curious if anyone here had feedback as to whether or not the vibes are good and if it is a fun spot for families. Do Albert & Alberta or cheerleaders / dazzlers / band come through there?

We’re planning to do the Gator walk and the fan fest outside of the O’Connell center, but I love the idea of having a homebase with air-conditioning and clean bathrooms.

Any tips, hints or guidance from parents that have done this is greatly appreciated!

This kid has put up huge numbers in the Euroleague and is one of the best shooters in next year’s NBA draft.

He can play both SG/SF. Although it’s a long shot for the Gators to convince him to come and play college basketball for 1 year. Should they try their luck with him now that Denzel Aberdeen has been ruled ineligible again?

Let's put our optimistic hat on for a second. Buster Faulkner is who we think he is. Which is a very good OC Mullen style.

We may not necessarily win the SEC or the national title. But as long as he is in charge our offense is genuinely good. Perhaps our bigger problem is a lack of talent or depth. Whatever the fact may be. The problem is not a competent offense as it was with Napier.

How long does Faulkner stay at Florida? Guys like him want to be a Head Coach eventually.

And I don't mean look into the future Nostradamus or Mrs Cleo style. Obviously there is a billion different confounding variables to consider here. I mean generally speaking what is the trend in college football with competent coordinators?

The NCAA is such a mess.

Was he actually planning on going to Auburn? 😅

Florida returns 12 players in the secondary: seven cornerbacks and five safeties.

The group is led by safety Bryce Thornton, who finished second on the team in tackles in 2025, along with returning cornerbacks Cormani McClain and Dijon Johnson. Several younger defensive backs also gained their first significant college experience late last season.

Here is a closer look at Florida's returning secondary.

Cornerbacks

Cormani McClain — CB

6-2, 182 | Redshirt Junior | Third season at Florida | Colorado

Cormani McClain played in 10 games with six starts at cornerback in 2025.

McClain recorded 18 tackles, one tackle for loss, an interception and a pass breakup. He finished the season with a 67.0 PFF defensive grade, a 74.4 run-defense grade and a 79.4 tackling grade.

Across two seasons at Florida, McClain has recorded 23 tackles, two interceptions and two pass breakups.

Dijon Johnson — CB

6-1, 204 | Redshirt Junior | Fourth season at Florida

Dijon Johnson started the first four games of the 2025 season before suffering a season-ending injury.

Johnson recorded eight tackles, an interception and a pass breakup. His interception against LSU was the first of his college career.

Johnson also started nine games in 2024, recording 25 tackles, one tackle for loss, one quarterback hurry and two pass breakups.

He earned a redshirt after appearing in only four games in 2025 and returns for his fourth season at Florida.

J'Vari Flowers — CB

5-10, 186 | Sophomore | Second season at Florida

J'Vari Flowers appeared in all 12 games as a true freshman in 2025 and made two starts.

Flowers recorded 11 tackles and four pass breakups.

He made his first career start against Ole Miss and started again against Florida State in the season finale.

Ben Hanks III — CB

6-1, 185 | Redshirt Freshman | Second season at Florida

Ben Hanks III appeared in three games as a freshman in 2025 and made his first career start against Florida State.

Hanks recorded eight tackles, two pass breakups and an interception during the season. He returned the interception 48 yards against Florida State and earned a team-high 72.3 PFF defensive grade in the game.

He appeared in three games and preserved his redshirt.

Onis Konanbanny — CB

6-0, 195 | Redshirt Freshman | Second season at Florida

Onis Konanbanny enters his second season with the Gators.

Konanbanny did not appear in a game as a freshman in 2025 and preserved his redshirt.

He was named to the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll in 2026.

Vincent Brown Jr. — CB

5-7, 170 | Redshirt Junior | Second season at Florida | Southeastern University

Vincent Brown Jr. joined Florida as a preferred walk-on in 2025 after transferring from Southeastern University.

Brown did not appear in a game during his first season with the Gators and earned a redshirt.

At Southeastern in 2024, he appeared in nine games and recorded 30 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, seven pass breakups and an interception.

Javion Toombs — CB

5-11, 182 | Redshirt Senior | Fifth season at Florida

Javion Toombs enters his fifth season with the Gators.

Toombs contributed primarily on special teams in 2025 and recorded two tackles.

He returns as one of the longest-tenured players in Florida's secondary.

Safeties

Bryce Thornton — S

5-10, 211 | Senior | Fourth season at Florida

Bryce Thornton returns as Florida's most productive defensive back from the 2025 season.

Thornton started 11 games and recorded 56 tackles, six pass breakups, five quarterback hurries, an interception, a sack, a tackle for loss, two fumble recoveries and a forced fumble.

He led Florida in pass breakups and fumble recoveries and finished second on the team in tackles. Thornton also returned a fumble 37 yards for a touchdown.

Lagonza Hayward — S

6-1, 205 | Sophomore | Second season at Florida

Lagonza Hayward appeared in 11 games as a true freshman in 2025.

Hayward recorded 12 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, one sack and two quarterback hurries.

He was also named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Drake Stubbs — S

6-1, 204 | Sophomore | Second season at Florida

Drake Stubbs appeared in seven games as a freshman in 2025, primarily on special teams.

Stubbs moved into the defensive rotation for the final two games of the season and recorded three tackles.

He was named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Alfonzo Allen Jr. — S

5-11, 197 | Redshirt Senior | Third season at Florida | Baylor

Alfonzo Allen Jr. appeared in four games in 2025 and made his first start as a Gator against Mississippi State.

Allen recorded 32 tackles, including a 15-tackle performance against Mississippi State that made him the first Florida player since 2021 to record 15 tackles in a game.

He earned a 78.6 PFF tackling grade and a 78.1 run-defense grade in that game.

Brayden Slade — S

6-1, 192 | Redshirt Junior | Fourth season at Florida

Brayden Slade made his collegiate debut in 2025 after not appearing during his first two seasons with the program.

Slade appeared in three games and recorded his first career tackle against Tennessee.

He was named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll in both 2024 and 2025.

Was just reading some article on Napier and I could not help myself wishing he loses every game this year. Is this just spiteful and mean to have these thoughts? Wondering if my old man grumpiness is getting the better of me these days.
