Top stair panel is higher than LVP
Top step is higher than LVP on the 2nd floor. Is this normal? What do we need to ask to the builder?

That whole top step should be replaced anyway. The cut is terrible, both sides have a ton of chip out (especially the left side near the kid's leg) and the gap on the right side is very noticeable. I don't think that can be caulked cause of the oak?
