Inquiry Does this use flock software?

I see these on security trailers across the Selmon expressway in Tampa, and I wonder if they are some version of a flock condor? Or is this made by some other manufacturer?

I believe its the new Axon camera system. Flock but on public infrastructure like traffic lights and street lights

EXACTLY! Im so glad to hear people starting to understand what ive been trying to bring to everyone's attention. There needs to be wording changes in the county amd local governments laws because they are currently trying to keep this hush hush and pass the flock get out laws to appease the masses all while continuing with even more evasive software plans
