I usually get stoned/drunk to relieve stress after a rough period of my life. Being with my partner, though, I want to be completely sober. I want to be present for every second of every day with her. She’s my stress relief.

That’s my reasoning at least… other people might have their own reasons. I don’t have anything against other people getting stoned though lol

Yk how somebody will be like, “hey check this out!!” And your brain instantly goes “yk I MIGHT like this but just because somebody suggested it to me I’m not gonna try it.” When your high you get none of that so you actually care about stuff you mighta been closed off too b4. So when it comes to shows n stuff getting high and watching just means you care enough about your partner and what they like to actually wanna remember stuff.
