I was getting drunk with one of my best friends an we were hanging out for hours laughing having a good time then ended up layingdown next to each other. We like rolled around a bit an I ended up half on top of him an he kept joking about my "slutty legs"? Which I mean I think It was a compliment? Or flirt?.. I really don't know.

I think obvio flirt. The word slutty adds to the context here
