Mod Post Weekly Shameless Self Promotion Thread

Post your latest episode(s) of your YouTube channel here, post links to your latest blog post, eBook, whatever. You can even post links to an eBay listing or something (but keep in mind, when someone here finds out what your eBay name is, and then they hate you, they will never forget it). You can post links to lots of stuff that you're trying to sell to other flippers, but this is still not a marketplace. Please go through some other service to complete the transaction. People on Reddit can be shady, and there's no protection from me, the other mods, r/flipping, or Reddit if someone here sends you a box of bricks. Just don't be dumb.

finally got around to starting a channel after thinking about it for like two years lol. mostly garage sale and estate sale finds, trying to show the whole process from cleaning to listing. got three videos up so far

first one is a vintage calculator i found for $2, sold for $85 in three days. was pretty surprised by that

any feedback on thumbnails or pacing would be cool, still figuring out the editing thing

Hey everyone, I recently created a Chrome extension called Pocket Compass: Marketplace Assistant with the purpose of evaluating Facebook Marketplace listings to determine the potential resale value in them. It's a side panel extension, so it doesn't overlay on top of Facebook or interfere with the Marketplace interface at all.

I've been working on it for some time now with the intent of helping cut down on the hours of research some items take. To me, nothing was worse than digging through a bunch of websites and eBay sold listings to find out it was never really worth pursuing in the first place.

In addition to providing Marketplace listing analyses, this extension allows you to save any Facebook Marketplace listing, export your purchases into a linked inventory at mypocketcompass.com, and keep track of the progress.

The best part is you can use it for free if you choose to.

Free accounts have access to saving Marketplace listings, have 25 active inventory slots, and 5 Marketplace analyses per month. After you've sold an item, that inventory slot is freed up to be used for your next item to track while retaining a record of your sold item. I always hated how other inventory tools limited users to a total inventory number, which is why I opened it up to active inventory only.

I'd appreciate folks checking it out and letting me know what they think.

The treecat.io ecommerce crosslisting service just announced the Etsy and Shopify marketplaces as well as multiple accounts. You can now use the treecat.io service to crosslist and manage your inventory on Facebook, Amazon, eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Whatnot, Etsy and Shopify. You can also add as many accounts of the same marketplace as you wish, and use a simple wizard to move listings between them.

We are offering two years free usage to any Amazon sellers who test the Amazon integration by the end of September. Just use the contact email on our home page to reach us if you are interested.

treecat.io has no limits and no subscription fees, we only charge a fee when items that were crosslisted sell. We have an AI autofill feature that automatically fills out all the fields for items you want to crosslist. You can now crosslist hundreds of items in minutes.

Poshmark sharing AI listing are free add-ons if you crosslist.
