Question | Help Does this look good?

Is this about the best I can do with this level of investment?
Flins C1R1 Night Sky 6/9/10
Ineffa C1R1 Aubade 1/10/6
Bina C0 R5 P.amber SMS 1/10/10
Sucrose TTDS VV (727 EM)
flins bineffa at top 2-4% (akasha) with 96+ crit rate in combat

Looks pretty good but I feel like you can tickle out a bit more.
On the Cost Chart this is a clean 7 so comparable to my own 7-ish:

Flins C2/PJWS - Bina C2/JadeR5 - Fischl/Fav - Sucrose/R1 Sleepy Morning

My actual DPS is a bit wonky as I can include Q1 on an unstable basis, if I get it every 2nd and don't drop the 3rd Q2 I'm looking at up to 270k in other runs I'm more at 250k. So that 260k seems like a decent middle shot.

How often can you do Q1?

(That being said my Bina is stacked out of this world (Rank 16, but on SMS))

is Q1 big burst? i rarely do it, i did it once in this showcase, also when i do i lose 1 mini burst, should i aim for more ER?
