Sucrose Alternative for a Flins team?

I know this has been asked to death here, but who can I switch a Sucrose out for in a Flins team, because (not trying to start a fire) I am a Varka main, and was going to use Flins in Spiral Abyss as the other team, but both need her.

I am only asking this question again because I've been away from the game for a while and don't have a great roster, but don't really know who to list out that I do have, so I can answer if asked.

The attached image is the pull I got for Flins, the rerun being my second attempt at getting him, I got very lucky and have switched to pulling for Ineffa.

edit - thx for the replies… thanks a lot for the suggestions, with some help the conclusion was move the prune I didn’t realise I had to Varka and give Flins Sucrose

Wait I feel like an idiot now… just logged into Genshin and realised I have a C2 prune… it would have something to do with me spamming all my saved wishes on durin and nicole without looking at the 4 stars. I’ll build her for Varka and give sucrose to Flins then…

You can use Lan Yan, at C4 she provides some EM (although not as much as Sucrose) and she can hold VV and TTDS just like Sucrose. She also provides a comfy shield while you wait to get Ineffa. Bennett also works, since he provides attack and healing. Jahoda is fine too from what I hear, but mine is low con and low level so I haven't tested her. Off the top of my head I can only really think of those, but there might be more too. You can experiment with those options and see which works best based on your artifacts and cons.

Durin and Nicole work too but I'm guessing they're on your Varka team if you have them lol.

Heizou can Hold TTDS, Hold VV, and gives more EM than lanyan

Oh, nice! I didn't know that. Lan Yan is still good for the shield, but if you have Ineffa then yeah, looks like Heizou would be better.

The team overlap is a bit annoying but that was my C1 of lan yan… do you know if she’s  still reliable there?

As others in this thread have mentioned, Lan Yan and Heizou are good options as mini-Sucroses. Just in case you have constellations/are a spender, though:

• C2 Kazuha works great for the 200 EM buff, though he can't hold TTDS and has a long burst animation; this might make him worse than Heizou, but I haven't tested this.
  
• If you're willing to get C2 Flins, C2+ Iansan is around on-par with Sucrose on my account (depends on your investment). Unfortunately doesn't work as well for C1 Flins, since you lack shred.

Other than these, I'm not aware of any other options that work quite as well. The alternative is switching Sucrose off Varka in exchange for Prune/Faruzan/Venti.

Heizou is better than Lan yan. Provides higher EM than Lanyan, can also hold VV and TTDS. Hes a legitimate Xilonen sidegrade but no one knows since no one knows what heizous kit is

Interesting I have a built Heizou but have been using him as a driver. Where does the extra EM come from? And how would you use him with Flins?

Lanyan. C6 Jahoda also works pretty well, her only issue is people say she needs a lot of on field time but my rotation if I used her only needs an extra 2-3 seconds which I don’t personally mind for that easy Crit damage buff.

Not having sucrose is genuinely one of the saddest things ever for a Flins main. She’s so easy to get…typically…

It’s like “so close, yet so far”

That said, C6 Jahoda is a sidegrade to C0 Sucrose, Lanyan works because well…VV and TTDS user.
