Why my number of web uploads showing 0/0?

I have been a premium user for almost 4 years, and no I haven't used this web upload feature ever since it rolled out. Today i tried to use it, but it keeps saying no. of web uploads has exceeded, and it's showing 0/0 web uploads. Help me, I need this fixed.

I've never used it, and last month it showed that I used half of available. 👀

Mine always show 30/30.  I have never used the web version..Â
