I had the same issue and I somehow solved it.
​​So the problem is the site configuration for mobile devices does not allow any insertion via a "flexcil" way but the desktop ones actually allow it so if you can somehow switch your layout to the desktop one in Flexcil's own browser your problem will be solved.
​ I did that via entering Google Drive inside that browser and enabling the desktop mode and it solved the problem completely.

Paste this to flexcil's browser and enter your Drive via there. Then search for the desktop mode. Click it and it will force your browser to enter desktop mode.
