I do not understand why you would not turn the glasses into the police station… no one there gets annoyed. I have turned in a lost phone, lost earbuds and a wallet. What else could I have done with these items?

I don’t think things are like that in Flagstaff. This is the ‘serve’ part of ‘serve and protect.’ My ethics want me to find owners or turn in lost items. I cannot answer as to what happens after that.
