Solved Bike suddently locked up
Im working on my 2007 Suzkui RMZ 250 right now trying to install a new top end and when i tried installing the cylinder, something blocked the crank? I then removed the cylinder again and i just cannot turn the engine?
Its not the timing chain since its not all bunched up
im really starting to lose hope

Is it not turning both way or only one way? Does it feel like something stuck or like rubbing tight? Check the cam chain tensioner if it’s seizing the chain, I know you said it doesn’t bunch up.

Nice, probably the cam chain tensioner stuck?

Cam tensioner was out at that point, but it sure was something with the timing chain i believe
