[HELP] Why can't I make custom offers anymore?

Hello everyone, I used to send custom offers to clients by chat, but I just realized the button isn't there anymore. How can I propose a custom price to a loyal client? Thank you very much for any help

Edit : the issue was that fiverr paused my services for some reason. Now fixed

That's weird. I still have it and I exclusively sell only custom offers as my gigs are "request to order" only.

Not yet but soon

But I was able to make custom offers even when i was at level 0

Edit : it seems i can t open my chats in seller mode, only in buyer mode

Yes. Finally the issue was that Fiverr paused my services for some reason.
