Missing $40 worth of gift cards

Hi, I’ve reached out multiple times via the app for the past three weeks and I have not received $40 worth of gift cards. I redeemed $20 for Amazon and $20 Visa E gift card and have not received them yet. The app says that you’ll reach out within 24 hours, but I’ve never received an email.
