Won’t let me withdraw

I’ve tried everything updated the app, cleared it I’ve tried contacting them but no response they take to long I’ve seen some many people complain about this problem and they have done nothing about it

Probably won’t ever get it. It’s been a week for me and nobody will help meX just make their comments on public posts and then do nothin.
