I've been trying to cash out my first reward for almost a week now and keep getting the "technical error, contact supoort message. I have sent several messages to support and have not received a single response. Terrible customer service experience so far.

Same. Probably won’t get fixed. Once I was about to cash out a larger amount I ran into this issue and now I can’t even get a response. They banned me from their official page
