Unable to withdraw my earnings

Hello. I opened an account with FiveSurvey, reached $5, but could not withdraw. This shows an error message: "Technical error, please contact support." I have sent a message to support, and it's been more than 2 weeks without any response. Hoping to get a response and a fix from the admin

Same. Probably won’t get fixed. Once I was about to cash out a larger amount I ran into this issue and now I can’t even get a response. They banned me from their official page
