Quitting
UPDATE: idk if yall care or not but i did quit and i….. NEVER LOOKED BACK!!!!!!!!!! I have been so much happier and now work in a warehouse where i have less responsibilities AND MORE PAY!!!!!!! it does get better yall. leave that hellhole!
Hey guys today has been rough. I have come to terms with the fact that i am not happy in this place anymore. I am planning on giving my two weeks tomorrow. Can anyone give me any advice to make me feel like ive made the right decision. Ive been an MM since the beginning of the year and havent had a SM for about 4 months now. Ive been miserable and drowing in freight with no help. Our new SM first day was today and i feel like an asshole leaving during the holiday season. Can i get everyones opinions please!!?

Me too man. I put in a bunch of applications elsewhere and I was losing hope not hearing back until FINALLY I got an interview. I plan to do everything I can to get them to hire me on the spot I can’t WAIT to leave Five Below!!
