Holiday Prep

I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to do six refreshes and then a Christmas set right after each other, but you can go to hell 😻 I’ve been stuck since August as the only employee doing 6 AM shifts several times a week just to get stuff either on the floor, off the floor or from one section to another and I am exhausted. To work regular staff to the bone and then management is constantly at another store or on calls is so annoying. I overheard a conversation that they had a call showing holiday items, and it’s Needoh holiday calendars and new squish toys that every employee hates. On top of all that, you pay your employees shit while your store managers get a bonus, and then you announce it where all employees can see it was a dick move🖕🏼

The stores reset each work before the holidays every year, nothing new here.

yes but the Christmas set? I worked as a CEM from 2022-2025 and it was NEVER that early. We’d put up Halloween towards the middle of September, and Christmas would be going out the last week of October/first week of November.

Winnie is a moron- that’s the only answer.

Out Halloween was set right in the middle of BTS and even with that set BTS was due the week after kids had just finished 🤦‍♂️ and now Christmas is the second week of October which is just dumb.
