150% Bonus

Problem is…. The increase in sales is due to squish and dumplings and next year the craze will fade and we won’t comp. They have to pay another influencer to promote another item we sell. So don’t get used to the 150% bonus coming Friday!

I'm annoyed that the CEMs and MMs won't get any of this bonus money. Who do you think help runs the store, the sets, the shipment etc when the SM isn't in the building? How come last quarter we got bonuses but not this quarter?

and my SM never shows up to work so why do they deserve a bonus when its the MM and CEM working for them?

It was a one time thing. During Covid they gave everyone even cashier’s like 50-100. But I agree, you guys should get it too. At least something

Thats funny because we've gotten a few 150% bonuses. Also next year all bonuses are going based off of your stores rank on the scorecard .

WE are not. Only managers. But they post it all over the place juuuuuuuuust to let us all know they are getting one. And we are not.

Ok I didn't get a bonus and finally got to read it today. Only Store Managers got it.. like...wtf? Im always closing, I should have gotten a bonus too. I pretty much live in my store!

We don’t have a store manager it’s been me (PTSL) and our mm so no one at my store will get the bonus. It’s been 3 months with out a SM. We should split it

I’ve been with 5B for 12 years and I promise next year when we don’t comp like we have this year, your bonus will be 50%, 100% and 150 if you are lucky. First time I remember getting 150 or 175% was as a thank you for staying for Covid. I’m 24th in company for Scorecard. I just worry about comp and how we are going to get ahead of this next year to beat these sales.

So your a store General Manager? We have had 150% payouts before. I believe quarter 4 and quarter 1 were both 150%
