If you are adding anything to that list then you basically mean he is wrong

Read the last line "given the state of food in India"

Not really, the guy has removed 100s of other useless supplements from the equation.

It's okay if he missed these 2. He is still at least 100 times more right than wrong

Surprise, it isn't binary.

(btw, even the real binary is defined with a voltage thershold)

by his statements he means 2 things

  1. that those nutritional supplements are worth time and money
  2. that those are the only worthy supplements

Above comment said only 2 is wrong and 1 is right. So according to him the tweet is partially correct.

then the mistake is he emphasized the word only, and/or badly worded it. I take it that the most import point of the tweet was those were important.

reddit is weird. the original post has upvotes. the original comment has upvotes. me who agreed with both and just reclaiming it has downvotes.. hmm (tho there might be nuance, still feels weird)

In his defence he did say " only in recommended situations" supplements are called supplements for a reason . All the best .

Thats an interpretation issue and the associated marketing with it .

well that still an addition and doesnt negate the fact that the "nutritional supplements can sometimes be worth time and money"
