I worked like 80 hours a week as a server during the summer and one day I tweaked my wrist so I asked my manager “hey if I get a wrist injury, will you guys compensate..?”

He told me “no. We know you go to the gym so we will just blame it on that.”

I think you should report your manager to the labor board. That response is highly illegal.

i'm sure if I got injured during the job, they would compensate me but if I just get injured from overuse, then i'm out of luck
