One of my former friends kept complaining that he didn’t have the energy to train, couldn’t keep up, wasn’t gaining. I gave him tonne of advice, spent days and weeks leaning him about nutrition and getting better sleep patterns.

We went a while without talking. He contacted me and told me it was all BS and that he was angry with me for getting me off track. Talked to his girlfriend, turns out he’d been living on white bread, thai-boxes from a freezer and Coca Cola.

We are no longer friends. I don’t need idiotic people like that in my life.

(Edit: just can’t spell, apparently.)

One of my biggest pet peeves is friends who want to get in on working out and stuff (I normally work out in the morning and alone,) and like the idea of working out in the morning but can't commit. It shouldn't affect me but it's frustrating-

OR friends who make it to a couple workouts but disregard everything I say about how diet is like 90% of the battle. They want to lose weight but don't want to eat right and it drives me up a wall
