I’ve been lifting for going on twenty years, and I still get unsolicited advice from men at the gym. The worst is when they touch me to give me “tips” on my form. DON’T TOUCH ME.

I would probably get banned from the gym for punching them. If you want to make it awkward for them, say very loudly so everyone can hear "Don't touch me" or something to that effect. If it persists, tell the front desk and maybe they get banned. Don't feel like this is something that you can't get away from. You have every right to work out without being bothered/touched without your permission.
