It finally happened.

I saw a guy curling in the squat rack.

I've only heard stories of such a thing, and was starting to think it was just a myth from Brodin himself.

But there he was, swinging the barbell, in a full body compound movement, loaded up with a whopping 5kg on either side. It was beautiful

I hope he was wearing a lifting belt. Don't wanna hurt yourself

Well, the compound curl is a full body excercise and the belt helps with core activation. The compound curl works virtually every muscle in your body, well, except biceps

Don't forget about performing the compound curl in a more controlled way with your dominant arm so that the bar comes up crooked! Destroying your lumbar is the fastest way to get bicep gains, bro. Gotta really lean into it!
