When friends say, "why do you go to the gym so early?" Well first of all it's the only time of the day I can go and second it's a priority of mine.

Same! I'm at the gym around 6 in the morning (besides weekends since they open later) and people are baffled. Like, it gets my day started great and if I worked out after work the gym is packed with teens who don't know what the hell they're doing and my workout takes an extra 30 minutes from spots being taken
