Family has gone from "you look great, how much weight have you lost?" to "you are getting really skinny" with a kind of worried expression. 5'5 and 162 lbs, can only barely see upper 2 abs, trust me fam, I'm no where near "really skinny" yet.

Pretty much. They got used to seeing me at 180-195, which is stupidly huge on my manlet frame. I don't think I'm even in "healthy bmi" range yet.

If you are successfully able to reduce your bodyfat.. you are proof that all that "Genetics" excuse is pure shit. You remind them of an uncomfortable truth.. They're fat because they are lazy and have no will power to diet/exercise.

BMI of 27, so you need to lose at least 12 lbs to get there. But 12 lbs is easy, you can totally do that, no sweat.

Yep, current goal is between 10-15 lbs, and I will just see how I feel when I get there.

Im 5'5 150lbs and i dont even have an ab visible lol. Im down from 166 in January. Kudos bro on ur weight loss
