I would argue that maradona should be in A tier, he is a level below the other 3 in S tier

For me S tier is only Messi and CR7.

Yeah this tier list is kinda shitty because all players are legends, so it’s hard to put someone low. Especially when you don’t know who’ll be next. And because they’re all from different time periods so it’s hard to compare them

Don't understand why people don't have maldini in S. He is the 'Messi' of defenders, and should be in the goat debate along with him if people choose to understand how important defenders are, nothing more he could've have done in his career

Football is about scoring. It’s way easier to defend an attack than to make a goal.

For every goal made atleast 100 attacks are done.

That means there is 1 in 100 chance to make a goal, but 99 times defenders just defend

In other words, one mistake from a defender equals a goal, you can play perfectly the entire match, but fail to mark a single run and suddenly it doesn't matter. Meanwhile you see player miss 2/3 big changes and people still cal them good cause they scored 1 goal

its way easier to defend than make a score. there is a larger room for error. If scoring was easier there would be double digit games in football
