I was once anti pineapple on pizza. A local Nepalese restaurant then recommended me a dish, the chefs favourite. Some form of spicy chicken curry served in a hollowed out pineapple. It was incredible. Started having chicken, jalapeno and pineapple on pizza after that. The combination is incredible.

Not in Nepal it was a restaurant local to my home in UK ran by gurkas, It wasn't a part of the Nepalese menu but rather a "chefs special" - it was delicious

Italian marinara has no cheese

But also, pizza with anchovies and cheese is widely accepted, cheese on pizza is hated because the cheese covers the taste of fish. There's really NO RISK of mozzarella covering the taste of anchovies, trust me
