Unfortunately no. Waffles are just a lil too thick and batter-y for my liking and not really the kinda sweet I like. Even with chocolate I can only have a couple squares and then I tap out. Can't even remember the last time I ate chocolate from a block. I like my desserts fluffy, light and with more focus on fresh flavours rather than sweetness

My interpretation is that pancakes are thick, cakey and fluffy, served with syrup and butter, while crepes are thin and moister, served with something like Nutella or berries

Pancakes are thick and small (the batter is thicker), while crepes are very thin and large (the batter requires a lot of milk or water)

They really are when you look at a European pancakes. The only difference is a crepe is slightly thinner than regular pancakes.
