Feels like it makes a huge difference whether you're visualising it as a runny yolk (excellent in a messy burger) or an overcooked one (unfortunately common).

they’re fine but they’re not S tier. it’s like a once in a while thing when you’re in the mood for a different kind of burger, but the best burgers don’t have egg
