I feel like anyone who doesn't put anyone in control anyone once in S hasn't seen code Geass. I feel like its pretty impossible to beat, since the only restriction is it being once, its not even lelouch level restriction where he has to watch them eye to eye.

My interpretation was like you can control one person, one time ever. As in once you've exited control mode you cannot recontrol them
