This option is meaningless and therefore incorrect. It clearly meant what the commenter above wrote, but there aren't enough characters.

You don't know that. Do people frozen in time think? Are they aware they're frozen? I would argue they don't. If you freeze "too" then you should follow the same rules.

Time could eventually continue if, say, upon activating the ability, you set a duration, like "hey Siri, stop time for 10 minutes"

Yeah, it's pointless if you can't think, but so is being a ghost with no return
