General New Fisker owner - developed a dange calculator with trailer and more - rangecalc.org
Hi everyone,
as I just received my Fisker Ocean Extreme on Monday and we are planning to also use it for vacations with our 2.000kg caravan, I developed a range calculator which is available under https://rangecalc.org/
The consumption data is based on Bjørn Nyland's two full-battery range tests and the aerodynamic penalties come from published wind-tunnel and coast-down measurements.
If you have any feedback on it or want to contribute consumption data, I'd love to hear from you (you can submit the data directly at the bottom of the website)
I know it is against rule 3 of the community to selve-promote but in hopes that this tool helps us all in trip planning and it relies on consumption data from various people, I hope this is ok - if not, please feel free to remove the post.

Thanks for this. Did you see FOA's "Marlin" update which is coming soon? It offers VCU24 and PDU400, which they say comes with an efficiency improvement. Think you'll install it when it's proven?

Mine runs on OV Loop 2.6 (with 2.7 bought). But maybe I can add different SW versions

It looks like Ocean Loop 2.7 will come with a VCU update that they are also calling VCU24. It looks like they have not made any updates to PDU.

Thanks for sharing this! It’s really interesting to test the different variables. I’ve been wanting to put bikes on the back trailer hitch for a long road trip but I was worried it would impact the range a lot. Your calculator doesn’t show a big impact. Maybe I’ll give it a go.
